2023

Happy new year!

So the start of 2023 and I’m here thinking if its worth making any resolutions; as is tradition.

The usual spring to mind; lose some weight, get fitter, eat more healthy etc..

Equally, as the tradition goes, I’ll break everyone of those resolutions before the end of January.

So how about some photography resolutions instead? One that I really should be able to keep? First off, its got to be to try some new locations. With this in mind I’ve already planned a road trip in a few months time down to Cornwall. That should yield some stunning coastal locations. Hopefully some seascapes from the trip will be worthy of my portfolio. There are still plenty of new places to explore in more familiar areas - I have a long list of Yorkshire Dales and Peak District shoots planned and in between these new places I’ll be returning to old favourites. That’s the beauty of landscapes, its different every time you visit so never dismiss somewhere you have visited before.

I also intend to increase the content on my Youtube channel. Its something I’ve neglected, with content only getting uploaded rarely and the quality really needs improving. Definitely something to work on.

Latest workshop dates have been added to the website, add to that a desire to shoot more astro and light painting, means it should add up to fairly busy year.
